IPH2331 NFC Passive Padlock PCBA NEW
Product Overview
The IPH2331 is a complete battery-free smart padlock PCBA solution consisting of a main control board and an NFC sensing board. A compatible smartphone supplies energy through its 13.56 MHz NFC field, so the lock electronics can authenticate a command and drive the geared motor without a battery inside the lock.
The platform combines NFC energy harvesting, regulated power, bidirectional data exchange, secure authorization, energy storage, and forward/reverse motor control. It is designed for OEM/ODM development of padlocks, luggage locks, lockers, storage cabinets, and other compact electronic-lock products.
Battery-FreeHarvests operating energy from a compatible phone's NFC field.
13.56 MHz NFCBidirectional communication compatible with ISO/IEC 14443A.
Secure AccessDevice UID verification plus a 64-bit rolling-code authorization scheme.
<3 s TargetFast unlock target under suitable antenna coupling and system conditions.
Dual-Board PCBAMain control board and dedicated communication/energy-harvesting board.
Custom AppAndroid, iOS, and HarmonyOS project support with multilingual UI options.
Place a compatible NFC phone near the sensing face. The sensing board harvests RF energy, rectifies it, and charges the onboard storage capacitors. After the power rail is ready, the phone and PCBA exchange authentication data. An approved command drives the motor forward to unlock or in reverse to reset the mechanism.

Integration & OEM/ODM
Mechanical and antenna co-design matter. The final sensing position, antenna matching, motor load, and energy thresholds must be validated in the assembled lock. Avoid metal, magnetic materials, and closed conductive loops near the NFC sensing face; phone cases and accessories can also affect coupling distance and unlock time.
Available project services include antenna tuning, motor and mechanism adaptation, firmware parameters, mobile-app branding, multilingual UI, connector definition, PCB layout adaptation, pilot builds, and mass-production validation.
Performance figures are development targets or prototype measurements from the V1.4 product documentation. Final specifications are subject to the approved hardware, lock mechanism, phone compatibility, and complete-product validation.
SNE-TB298 — TTL-to-CAN / CAN FD Transceiver Module
PCBA DESIGN · OEM / ODM
SNE-TB298 connects a CAN controller to the differential CAN bus using the MCP2562FDT-E/SN transceiver. It supports Classical CAN and CAN FD, with jumper-selectable logic levels and termination for node development, interface expansion and communication testing. “TTL-to-CAN” refers to physical-layer level conversion: this module has no built-in CAN controller and does not convert ordinary UART data into CAN frames.

Customization & Integration
Discuss connector configuration, mounting, logic levels and integration requirements for your OEM/ODM project. Confirm the hardware revision, supporting files, accessories and acceptance criteria in the order. Validate the intended rate with the actual controller, bit timing, cable length, topology and termination; 8 Mbps is a reference data-phase capability. IC temperature and qualification ratings do not establish board-level ratings.
