The SNE-PDPIANO02 musical toy platform combines five foot-activated buttons and seven interactive modes. Its reference configuration includes single tones, 40 MIDI melodies, laughter, animal sounds, drumbeats, a stepping mode and a reaction game.
The large pedal-style buttons are easy for babies to press with their feet while lying in a crib or play gym, encouraging physical activity and sensory development through diverse interactive sound feedback. The built-in game mode adds an element of challenge and fun for growing toddlers.

IPH2331 NFC Passive Padlock PCBA NEW
Product Overview
The IPH2331 is a complete battery-free smart padlock PCBA solution consisting of a main control board and an NFC sensing board. A compatible smartphone supplies energy through its 13.56 MHz NFC field, so the lock electronics can authenticate a command and drive the geared motor without a battery inside the lock.
The platform combines NFC energy harvesting, regulated power, bidirectional data exchange, secure authorization, energy storage, and forward/reverse motor control. It is designed for OEM/ODM development of padlocks, luggage locks, lockers, storage cabinets, and other compact electronic-lock products.

Place a compatible NFC phone near the sensing face. The sensing board harvests RF energy, rectifies it, and charges the onboard storage capacitors. After the power rail is ready, the phone and PCBA exchange authentication data. An approved command drives the motor forward to unlock or in reverse to reset the mechanism.

Integration & OEM/ODM
Mechanical and antenna co-design matter. The final sensing position, antenna matching, motor load, and energy thresholds must be validated in the assembled lock. Avoid metal, magnetic materials, and closed conductive loops near the NFC sensing face; phone cases and accessories can also affect coupling distance and unlock time.
Available project services include antenna tuning, motor and mechanism adaptation, firmware parameters, mobile-app branding, multilingual UI, connector definition, PCB layout adaptation, pilot builds, and mass-production validation.
Performance figures are development targets or prototype measurements from the V1.4 product documentation. Final specifications are subject to the approved hardware, lock mechanism, phone compatibility, and complete-product validation.
IPJ5022 integrates an audio controller, USB Type-C port, pushbutton and speaker for sound prompts and voice announcements. Import audio into IPJ5022 Audio Studio, set playback options, program over USB and power-cycle to test. Playback can be controlled by the button or an external controller over UART. The photographed board is marked IPJ5001 V1.0; the supplied model and storage variant follow the order and actual hardware.

Customization & Integration
Discuss audio duration and file count, playback order, startup behavior, controller interface, storage and enclosure needs. Keep the speaker outlet, USB access and button travel clear. Confirm firmware, accessories, quantity and sample acceptance in the order. USB VBUS and P1 5V are directly connected: use one supply or provide isolation. TX, RX and A0 use VDDIO logic; the 5V marking does not mean 5 V signal tolerance. Use compatible levels and do not connect RS-232 directly.
